Nutrition coaching goes beyond food alone. Together, we look at the full picture: sleep, stress, hydration, and daily habits—and how each one impacts your body, energy, and results.

Emily Martin founded EM Fitness at the beginning of 2022, after years of working for other studios. The studio was created to empower people to feel confident in their own skin. Now, Emily works with her online clientele through her online app, CoachRX.
Emily is an OPEX CCP Coach, Crossfit -L1 trainer, and Nutrition and hormones certified through SCW.
